Broadway Plaza Hotel

Perfection I have gone on so many day trips to New York in my lifetime but BPH was the first time I got to stay overnight in the city. It exceeded our expectations! The views are perfect, the staff is friendly and always smiling, there’s someone guiding you in the right direction or holding the door for you 98% of the time. They’ll hold your suitcases at checkout if you have more exploring to do or they’ll call you a cab when you’re ready to head to train station. I’d say we will be back soon but y’all are popular and that’s gonna be hard to do but we truly hope to be back soon! Thank you broadway plaza!!!

I had a hard time finding a decent hotel to stay in during the holidays. I was looking for something clean, reasonably priced, and in a good location, and I finally found it. I was skeptical at first because of the old-school design of the rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, huge for NYC, with a king-sized bed and classic style, it’s New York after all. The bathroom was modern and really nice. The location is amazing, well-connected, with plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. The only downside was a slight smell of food in the room, but it wasn’t enough to make me change rooms.

We had a very enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in October 2025. The location is really good for sightseeing and the room (we had an Empire State View room which was great) was a decent size, clean and comfortable. The staff were really good here - Zaia, Des, and Gaston were all superb, very friendly and helpful. Concierge Anthony booked us a taxi to the airport on our last day which worked very well for a fixed price and all worked well. We would recommend this hotel for a New York stay.

We absolutely loved staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel for our first visit to NYC, it was the perfect base in a excellent location. All of the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful and the room itself was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was like a spa. We had a temperature issue with the shower which was fully fixed within 15 mins by the Maintenance staff. The front desk staff is the one area that wasn’t consistent. Some very professional and friendly and others that essentially ignored us as we walked by while they chatted with each other. We have definitely had better. But what we value most is cleanliness and comfort and this hotel brings both.

Outstanding location with instant access to trains and very walkable. Good sized rooms by NYC standards. Spotlessly clean throughout. The tiny lofted lobby space could be better used for drinks, coffee.

Stayed at the Broadway Plaza Hotel recently and it was a pretty good experience overall. The location is super convenient, really close to everything you'd want to see and do! The service was also great, with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were okay – they got the job done for a place to crash, but nothing super fancy. All in all, a solid spot especially for the fantastic location!

Enjoy staying here when I'm in town. The overall building is pretty lite on amenities but rooms are where everything is optimized, functional, utilizes space well, has nice furniture and hardware throughout. I also like the central location when I do more work in midtown but spend evenings closer to w. village.
